– Buko Pandan (pandan jelly, coconut milk)

– Totoro shaped mousse filled with a black currant Ribena gelée

– Black sesame choux filled with a black sesame cream

– Hojicha mochi muffin with Earl Grey buttercream and a chocolate cloud topper
